This was written for parants, families, and caregivers.
The text was a lot and went into great depth. Most of the text was repetitive and could be more consice.
This page could be rewritten by adding more clear headings, less wordy paragraphs, and condense the paragraphs. This page could also be broken up into two seperate pages. For example one page could be just program application information and another page could be all about the policies.
